Born and raised in Olivine City, Frank is a mostly quiet guy with with a new found hobby of region hopping to see and catch new Pokémon. After traveling for 11 years Frank is not much of a competitive battler anymore. He will,however, accept a friendly battle if one is thrown his way. Around the age of 17 is when his hearing started to deteriorate. It doesn't bother him all that much. His still the same old Frank and can still hear somewhat thanks to the help of his hearing aid.

More stuff:
-Was born and raised in Olivine City,Johto
-Has two younger sisters who he mentions and misses.
-Was a lighthouse keeper before deciding to pack it up and explore again
-Childhood friends with Stephen Gracia ( ihable.deviantart.com/art/Step… ).
-Has no sense or direction what-so-ever and ends up getting lost a lot.
-Only partially deaf.
-If his to nervous to say something out loud he'll use Sign Language to say it instead.
-Owns mainly electric type Pokémon.
-The Pokéball around his neck holds his Jolteon,Blitz. Blitz is mostly out of his ball and by Frank's side though.
